Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mobile App Marketing Specialist who will play a dual role:

● During Development: Act as a key coordinator between the development and GUI/UX

design teams to ensure smooth execution of app projects.

● Post Development: Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies and marketing

initiatives to maximize app visibility, downloads, and user engagement on both Android

and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate between developers and design teams to ensure timely and effective app

development.

● Plan and implement ASO strategies for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

● Work on app marketing campaigns including Google Ads & Apple Search Ads.

● Analyze app performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.

● Ensure all apps comply with Google Play & Apple Store policies.

● Contribute to app design planning from a marketing and user acquisition perspective.

● Track, report, and optimize app performance metrics to increase organic and paid

downloads.

Requirements:

● Experience: 1–5 years of experience in mobile app marketing and coordination.

● Apps Exposure: Must have worked on 3–5 mobile apps (both Android & iOS).

● Strong knowledge of ASO (Android & iOS) best practices.

● Familiarity with Google Play Console & App Store Connect.

● Basic understanding of Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.

● Hands-on experience with app analytics tools (Firebase, App Annie, etc.).

● Understanding of app design planning and user journey optimization.

● Strong communication and coordination skills.
