This is a "zero-to-one" role. You won’t be maintaining legacy code; you will be choosing the stack, setting the architecture, and writing the code that powers our entire customer experience.🛠 Technical Qualities & RequirementsTo build the seamless, high-performance shopping experience we envision, you must possess the following technical expertise:1. Core Development (The Foundation)Tech Stack: Proven expertise in Flutter or React Native for high-performance cross-platform development (OR deep experience in both Native Kotlin & Swift).Architecture Patterns: Strong grasp of Clean Architecture, MVVM, or VIPER. You write code that is modular, testable, and scalable.From Scratch Experience: Experience setting up a project repository, configuring environments (Dev, Staging, Prod), and establishing coding standards from day one.2. The E-Commerce Engine (Functionality)Complex State Management: Ability to manage complex global states (Cart, Wishlist, User Session, Filters) using tools like Redux, BLoC, MobX, or Riverpod. The app must handle state synchronization instantly across screens.Product Catalog Handling: Experience rendering lists of thousands of items with Pagination / Infinite Scrolling without dropping frames.Deep Filtering & Search: Building logic for complex product filters (Size, Color, Brand, Price range) that update results in real-time.3. UI/UX Excellence (The "Fashion" Feel)Pixel-Perfect Implementation: A keen eye for design. You can translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into code with 100% accuracy.Smooth Animations: Implementation of Shared Element Transitions, shimmer loading effects, and micro-interactions (like "Add to Cart" animations) to give the app a premium feel.Image Optimization: Deep knowledge of image caching libraries (Glide, SDWebImage, CachedNetworkImage) to handle high-resolution fashion imagery efficiently.4. Backend & IntegrationsAPI Integration: Mastery of RESTful APIs and GraphQL. You know how to handle token-based authentication (OAuth/JWT) and refresh tokens securely.Payment Gateways: Experience integrating secure payment flows (Razorpay, Stripe, Juspay, or Paytm) including handling webhooks and transaction failures.Offline Capability: Implementing local databases (SQLite, Room, Realm, or Hive) to allow users to view previously loaded products even with spotty internet.5.
