Manage daily bar operations and ensure high-quality service. Train and guide bar staff in cocktail preparation and service standards. Maintain inventory, ordering, and stock control of bar supplies. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. Interact with guests to understand preferences and offer personalized recommendations. Keep up with industry trends, ingredients, and techniques. Requirements: 6–8 years of relevant bar/mixology experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, infusions, and modern cocktail techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
