Elephantine Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a renowned real estate developer committed to delivering innovative and high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled Senior MIS Executive to join our dynamic team and support our sales reporting and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering lead flow, site visits, sales conversions, and revenue.
• Maintain and analyze data from toll-selling portals and CRM platforms.
• Develop and automate dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Perform advanced data analysis to monitor sales trends, business performance, and forecast outcomes.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to validate reporting data.
• Support junior MIS staff and guide them in data management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in MIS, preferably in real estate or sales operations.
• Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools like Power BI (preferred).
• Working knowledge of real estate portals such as Magic Bricks, 99acres, and CRM tools. (sell.do application More preferable)
