Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance, inventory, and team targets.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and timely data flow.
Maintain and manage sales and marketing data, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and/or BI tools.
Follow up with regional teams and vendors for updates on marketing activities, deliveries, and pending requirements.
Assist in preparing presentations, business summaries, and ad hoc reports for management review.
Handle documentation, PO tracking, and procurement follow-ups in coordination with the finance and logistics teams.
Coordinate with field teams for updates on targets, issues, and customer requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and flag any inconsistencies or gaps in reporting.
Work closely with HPs internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
