Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MIS Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date management information systems (MIS) reports.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Design and implement effective data visualization tools to communicate findings clearly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
