MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS ExecutiveLocation: Chennai (In‑office)Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesCollect, process, and manage data from internal systems (Daily Work of operations)Generate and distribute timely MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and dashboardsEnsure data accuracy and integrity through audits and validationAnalyze data with stakeholdersMaintain and update MIS systems, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with teams to meet reporting needs

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree6 months to 2 years experience in MIS, data management, BI, or relevant backend support (BPO/retail preferred)

Required Skills

Advance Excel: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, moderately usedData visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Access) are a plusStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesGood collaboration and stakeholder communication skillsDesired QualitiesProactive approach and ability to work independentlyProcess-oriented mindset with focus on compliance and data privacyEagerness to learn new tools and systems to improve reporting efficiencyCapable of liaising across departments and handling data requestsPrevious experience in BPO or retail MIS roles is beneficialSkills: countifs,stakeholder communication,vlookup,pivottables,sumifs,data visualization tools,excel,collaboration,analytical thinking,problem-solving,analytical & problem-solving skills,power bi,stakeholder communication & collaboration,tableau,access,attention to detail,advance excel
