*Job Description -*

We are looking for an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive who will play a key role in managing and overseeing an organization's information systems, ensuring that data is effectively captured, processed, and reported for decision-making purposes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to provide meaningful insights.

* Prepare and deliver reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on business performance metrics.

* Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s MIS systems.

* Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

* Ensure MIS processes align with business goals and objectives.

* Collaborate with various teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure their data requirements are met.

* Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information.

* Maintain records of system configurations, updates, and changes.

*Skills Required:*

* Proficiency in database management and tools (e.g.Excel and Advance Excel,Macros,Google sheets).

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in any Business Admisnistration or related field
