MIS Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to generate meaningful reports that drive management decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Work extensively on Excel/Google Sheets to create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

• Use Pivot Tables, formulas, and advanced functions to process and analyze large datasets.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to collect, consolidate, and validate data for reporting.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and data shared with management.

• Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Power Query, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and its functions.

• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.

• Strong mathematical and analytical mindset; background in Mathematics/Statistics is an advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.
