Job Title: MIS Executive – DDUGKY Project

Location: Ranchi/U.P/Bihar

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Management Information System (MIS) for the DDUGKY project. This role involves data entry, reporting, and analysis of project progress, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to the stakeholders including MoRD, SRLMs, and PIAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the MIS system as per DDUGKY guidelines.
• Enter and manage trainee and batch information in the Kaushal Bharat portal.
• Generate and submit reports including Batch Commencement, Attendance, Assessment, and Placement.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to collect accurate and up-to-date data.
• Ensure timely data uploads on the Kaushal Bharat portal and troubleshoot issues related to it.
• Verify and reconcile data with supporting documents before submission.
• Support the project team with data analysis for internal reviews and audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling trainee records and organizational data.
• Participate in inspections and provide data required during monitoring visits by QCs or SRLM representatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MIS roles, preferably in DDUGKY or similar skill development projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Experience with the Kaushal Bharat portal is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in Data Management or MIS tools.
• Familiarity with government skill development schemes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
