MIS Executive

Job Overview:

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. You will design and implement MIS systems, generate reports, and ensure that data is accurate and accessible for various stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, reporting tools, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:

   Collect, validate, and manage data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Data Analysis:

   Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights to enhance business processes and performance.

• Documentation:

   Develop and maintain documentation for MIS processes, procedures, and system changes. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

• Collaboration:

   Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate MIS systems with other software.

Qualifications:

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

• Experience:

   Proven experience in a similar role, typically 3-5 years.

• Skills:

• Advanced skills in Excel, including a thorough understanding of various Excel formulas.
• Experience with Macros is a plus.
• Expertise in using Excel or Google Sheets, with a particular emphasis on Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• A background in Mathematics is advantageous.

CTC- INR 3- 3.5 lakhs.
