Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive (CRM). The role involves handling customer calls, processing orders, sending updates via calls/SMS/WhatsApp/email, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.Process customer orders accurately through the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and promotional messages via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, logistics) to ensure on-time order processing and delivery.Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in the CRM software.Handle complaints with a positive attitude, aiming for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.Assist in collecting feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.Meet daily/weekly call and order processing targets.RequirementsMinimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.0–2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or telecalling preferred.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and order management systems.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.job Location : Udhna,Surat
