Job Title: MIS, Business Operations Executive / Data & Automation Specialist Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Location: [Add your office location] Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Gender: Male Only Age Requirement: 22 to 32 Years Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Business Operations Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day operations using automation tools, dashboards, and marketing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, implementing workflows, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth integration across tools like Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp automation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize FMS, IMS, MIS, PMS, and Checklist Dashboards Handle CRM Dashboard updates and client record management Set up and manage Whatsapp Automation and Drip Marketing Campaigns Create and manage automated processes using Google Sheets, Scripts, HTML Forms, and Looker Studio Operate and manage ESSL Biometric system for attendance tracking Work with Tally ERP 9 for basic accounting/data entry tasks Prepare professional documents and visuals using PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Video Editing Tools Analyze and report data using Advanced Excel and Power BI Coordinate with team members to delegate and track tasks effectively Assist with business automation using ChatGPT or AI-based tools Requirements: Male candidates only (as per company policy) Age between 22 to 32 years Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar operations/automation role (preferred) Strong knowledge of: Advanced Excel Google Sheets, Scripts, HTML,Python,CPP,Data Mining CRM & Dashboard Systems Power BI / Looker Studio Whatsapp Automation Tools Photoshop / Video Editing Software Experience with Tally ERP 9 and Biometric Systems Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. thanks and regards Recruiter-Jyoti Contact- no 9220708293
