Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and analyze key metrics to improve ROI. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure engaging and brand-aligned creatives. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Handle online reputation management (ORM) and respond to messages/comments in a timely manner. Grow audience base and increase engagement through strategic planning and execution. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing. Strong knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory). Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer, etc.). Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
