Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Advanced Google Sheets, and Power BI
Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for senior management
Extract, consolidate, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports
Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and other departments for data collection
Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas to support process optimization
Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive / MIS Analyst
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query)
Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, automation)
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools
Ability to handle large datasets with high attention to detail
Smart, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
