Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional who is experienced in managing NAPS & NATS apprenticeship programs, maintaining MIS reports, and handling Excel-based data management. The candidate will ensure smooth apprentice operations, compliance with government norms, and accurate reporting to management. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of NAPS & NATS apprenticeships including portal handling, documentation, and compliance. Coordinate with colleges, ITIs, BOAT/BOPT, and government authorities for apprentice hiring & training. Prepare and maintain MIS reports (apprentice headcount, stipend claims, training status, reimbursements). Use MS Excel (moderate level) for data tracking, analysis, and monthly reports. Ensure timely processing of stipend reimbursement claims under NAPS/NATS. Work closely with HR team for apprentice onboarding, induction, and performance monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (HR/Commerce/Management preferred). Hands-on experience in NAPS & NATS portal management. Knowledge of Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and related compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel (moderate level): Data entry & formatting Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas (SUM, IF, COUNTIF) Preparing structured reports Strong in MIS reporting & data accuracy.
