Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various departments.
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources (SAP, Excel, internal tools).
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Support management in planning, forecasting, and performance reviews through timely data insights.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain documentation for all reports and dashboards.
Automate recurring reports and enhance reporting efficiency using Excel macros, Power BI, or similar tools.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase, HR, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely submission of reports.
Assist in the preparation of management presentations and performance review decks.
Handle ad-hoc analysis as required by management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP will be an added advantage.
