Job Description

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and efficient Data EntryOperator to manage accurate input, updating, and maintenance of companyrecords in digital and physical formats. This role is crucial for ensuringsmooth workflow, error\-free data management, and timely reporting acrossdepartments.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

Maintain and organize digital records, files, and documents.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

Cross\-check and validate information with relevant departments.

Generate basic reports, summaries, or lists as required by management.

Scan, upload, and file physical documents into digital systems.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information.

Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing letters, invoices, and forms when required.

Meet daily\/weekly targets for data processing and reporting.

Escalate discrepancies or issues in data to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass \/ Graduate in any discipline.

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administration preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.

Good typing speed (minimum 30\40 words per minute) with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

Basic communication skills in English\/Hindi.
