Job Summary :
Surya International Enterprises Pvt Ltd is looking for dedicated MIS Executive is responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s information systems. This includes overseeing the collection, management, analysis, and presentation of data to help guide business decisions. The individual will ensure that data flow is efficient, systems are secure, and reports are generated as needed for management. Additionally, they work to optimize software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that technology resources are aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, process, and analyse data to generate actionable reports for management.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to track key performance metrics.

Database Management:
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop automated tools and processes for data entry and report generation.

Systems and Tools:
- Manage MIS software and tools, ensuring they are updated and functioning efficiently.
- Train team members on the usage of MIS tools and reporting systems.

Coordination:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify data.
- Work closely with IT teams for troubleshooting system issues or implementing new solutions.

Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and propose improvements.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data and MIS functions.

Compliance and Security:
- Ensure data privacy and adhere to organizational policies for data security.

Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Support management with additional data or analysis as needed.
- Participate in audits related to MIS and data management.

Skills:

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Familiarity with database management tools (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of industry-specific MIS tools (if applicable).
