MIS Executive (Netaji Subhash Place)

This is a full-time on-site role for an MIS Executive located in New Delhi. The MIS Executive will be responsible for creating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights, maintaining MIS systems, and ensuring data accuracy. Additional tasks include collaborating with various departments, facilitating effective communication, and troubleshooting any issues related to information systems.

Job Description

• Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills
• Strong Analytical and MIS Reporting skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in report generation and data management
• Maintain and update stock and inventory records in Excel and/or ERP systems
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, or excess
• Create dashboards and automate reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP,
• Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation

• Support management with ad-hoc data and reporting needs

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional
• Proficient in Data Studio, Google suite, Google sheet
