Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in MIS or related roles, with proficiency in English being a crucial part of the job.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems with accurate information.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in decision-making processes within the organization.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for improving business processes.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to relevant teams or management.
Maintain detailed records of data sources, methodologies, and results.
Utilize various software tools and applications to perform MIS-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in MIS or related roles preferred.
Proficiency in English is necessary.
Experience in HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments is required.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and data analysis is desirable.
