• MIS and Reporting:
• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from various sources to generate accurate and timely MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights for management.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Advanced Excel functions, to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Data Analysis and Improvement:
• Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for operational improvement across different departments.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand reporting requirements and provide customized data solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance existing MIS reporting processes and data management techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel: Expert-level proficiency with functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, macros, Power Query, and dynamic dashboards.
• Tally: Complete knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally software for accounting and financial reporting.
• Power BI: Proven experience in designing, developing, and publishing insightful reports and dashboards.
• Domain Knowledge:
• MIS Functionality: Good understanding of MIS concepts and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable reports.
• Accounts Terminology: Well-versed with standard accounting principles, practices, and financial terminology.
• Vendor KYC: Knowledge and practical experience with the vendor KYC and verification process.
• General Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to handle vast amounts of data and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to stakeholders clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
