• Data integrity and accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and validate information from various sources to maintain data integrity.
• Process improvement: Analyze existing processes and systems, and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments like operations, quality, and training to gather data and meet reporting needs.
• Security and compliance: Implement and enforce data security protocols, and monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key skills

• Technical skills: Proficiency in tools like advanced Excel (including Macros), SQL, Power BI, and other data management software is essential. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or VBA is a plus.
