- Act dynamic in maintaining metrics of operational information.
- Support in preparation of management reporting.
- SPOC for all operational documentation and record keeping
- Ensuring timely delivery of weekly, biweekly, and monthly metrics
- MIS reporting including KPIs, MBR/MMR, Page Zero, and WBR
- Drive compliance management through comprehensive program implementation.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and organizational documentation
- Conduct periodic audits, ensuring timely closure and documentation of action items
- Coordinating HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee record management

Education and experience
Any Bachelor's degree. You will need between one to two years of experience in Facility Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful.
An eye for detail
You'll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables.
Great organizational skills
You'll have great time management and organizational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team's or client's changing requirements.
