MIS Executive Human Resource (Contractual)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a data-savvy and detail-oriented MIS & Analytics Executive to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role will serve as the central hub for all TA-related reporting, dashboards, data audits, and analytics insightsenabling data-driven decisions across the hiring lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy within Talent Acquisition. The individual will work closely with the TA PMO, recruiters, HR operations, and digital teams to ensure reliable data flow, reporting accuracy, and timely analytics. Success in this role requires a mix of technical skills, strong ownership, and an ability to translate data into actionable insights for business and HR stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint

Experience in managing HR or TA MIS/reporting is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to meet timelines

Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, HR, or related field

Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms like SuccessFactors

Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Clear communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences

1 to 5 years of experience in MIS, HR reporting, business analytics, or talent operations
