About Us: Cine Citi Photo Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier of professional photo, video, and cinema equipment in India. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic individual to join our MIS department, focusing on market research and vendor management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research on various products, primarily sourced from China and other international markets. Identify and evaluate new vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for different product categories. Maintain and update MIS reports, vendor data, and product pricing details. Communicate with overseas vendors through email, chat, and online platforms to negotiate prices, confirm product details, and resolve queries. Prepare comparative reports and provide insights for management decisions. Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams for order processing and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in MIS, procurement, or international market research. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools. Knowledge of vendor dealing and sourcing platforms (Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, etc.) is highly desirable. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to multitask effectively.
