Role OverviewThe MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support day-to-day operations, sales performance, occupancy tracking, and management decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring all teams—Operations, Sales, Support, and Accounts—work in sync through structured reporting systems. Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Reporting Maintain accurate records of occupancy, sales leads, bookings, revenue, collections, and expenses across properties. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Track KPIs such as occupancy %, revenue per bed, churn rate, lead conversion, and support ticket resolution. Operational Support Assist the Operations team with real-time data for property performance, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution. Monitor utility, meal, and maintenance data to ensure efficient resource allocation. Sales & Revenue Tracking Track sales performance against targets. Maintain dashboards for inquiries, visits, conversions, and cancellations.
