MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive – Production

Department: Production

Location: Seetharampuram ,Krishna (Dist).

To support the production department by maintaining, analyzing, and presenting accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and improving efficiency in production planning, monitoring, and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate daily production data (output, wastage, downtime, material consumption, yield, etc.).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for production performance, efficiency, and variance analysis.
• Maintain records related to manpower utilization, and machine performance.
• Assist in audits by providing required production data and documentation.
• Support planning and scheduling teams with real-time data inputs.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes in food manufacturing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduation.
• 0–5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis, preferably in food/FMCG manufacturing.
• Exposure to ERP / Production Planning systems preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,868.97 - ₹30,842.32 per month
