Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MIS Executive at Palm Village Resort in Kolkata. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions, maintaining and updating information systems, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity. Daily tasks will include data entry, database management, and providing technical support to other departments to optimize operations. The role requires collaboration with various teams to improve business performance through accurate data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of database management and data analysis skills
• Experience with information systems and generating detailed reports
• Proficiency in data entry and ensuring data integrity
• Technical support skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
