Job Description – MIS Executive + Calling (Preferred Women Candidates)
Location: RishikeshSalary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-versed, and detail-oriented MIS Executive with calling responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling data management as well as client/customer interaction over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Generate, analyze, and share reports to support management decisions.

Handle data entry, documentation, and record management.

Perform client/customer calling for coordination, follow-ups, and feedback.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of reports and communication.

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Confident and presentable personality.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other data management tools.

Ability to multitask between reporting and calling responsibilities.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.

Eligibility

Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant skills.

Prior experience in MIS/Data management or customer calling will be an added advantage.

Preferred: Women candidates
