Job Description

Collect, organize, and analyze data from livelihood, vocational training, and public health programs Maintain program-wise and overall MIS, including patient records, trainee databases, and household interventions Support in preparing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with accurate data compilation Generate timely and accurate internal and external reports for management, trustees, and donors Design dashboards and visual reports to present KPIs and project performance Manage hospital and program-related software tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely entry Ensure data security, compliance with organizational policies, and conduct regular backups Provide MIS-related training and user support to staff Collaborate with program managers and field staff for data collection and validation Research and recommend improvements or new tools for MIS enhancement Stay updated with current data tools and trends in the development sector Show more Show less
