Job Description

The MIS Coordinator will play a crucial role in our organization, acting as a bridge between the Sales and MIS teams. They will be responsible for the smooth flow of information, data analysis, and the implementation of effective MIS strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data analytics role, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and the ability to interpret sales data.
Proficiency in using MIS software and tools, including data visualization platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
Familiarity with data security practices and privacy regulations.
Willingness to stay updated with industry advancements and continuous learning.

Manage and coordinate MIS operations for the Sales-Program & MIS department.
Ensure accurate and timely data collection, processing, and reporting.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain MIS systems and tools to support sales operations.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide tailored reports.
Generate regular sales performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient MIS practices.
Train and support sales team members in using MIS systems and interpreting data.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and sales analytics.
Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all MIS activities.
