Position Overview

Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding travel services.
Maintain client records, bookings, and payment information accurately.
Coordinate with the travel and operations teams for smooth client service.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support basic administrative work such as filing, billing, and correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

Any graduate (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
