Job Description

  • Job location will be Kirti Nagar.
  • Only Female & nearby Kirti Nagar Candidate will be given preference
  • CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE TICKETING KNOWLEDGE.
  • Managing all the admin related activity of the company.
  • Handling a customer enquiries while providing information of service to each caller.
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Supporting the field team.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
  • Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.
  • Responding to queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
  • Receptionist & Tele caller for our office, should have good communication written & verbal.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk / Receptionist: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
