Migration Advisor

As a Migration Advisor at SIEC, your role will involve guiding clients through the entire process of Permanent Residency (PR) for Canada and Australia. Your responsibilities will include counseling clients on eligibility, documentation, and timelines, providing end-to-end guidance for PR services, and staying updated on immigration rules and policies for both countries. Additionally, you will be expected to handle client queries, track leads, meet conversion and revenue targets, and maintain records in CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel clients on PR eligibility, process, and documentation for Canada and Australia - Provide end-to-end guidance for PR services, from consultation to application submission - Stay up-to-date on immigration rules and policies for both countries - Handle client queries professionally and build strong relationships - Track leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments - Meet monthly/quarterly conversion and revenue targets - Maintain updated and compliant documentation in CRM - Collaborate with internal teams for timely support and service delivery Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline - Prior experience in immigration or overseas consulting preferred - Strong knowledge of PR pathways for Canada and/or Australia - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills - Goal-oriented with a proven track record of target achievement - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail By joining SIEC, you will be part of a professional and performance-driven environment that values growth, integrity, and client success.
