Migration Advisor

As a Migration Advisor at B.S.B International Career Pvt Ltd, your role involves providing high quality and efficient migration guidance regarding permanent residency abroad. You will be responsible for ensuring that migration applications meet the standards set by countries, offering clients a firm, speedy, and fair service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regularly studying and researching various VISA, JOB, and MIGRATION policies of different countries in line with immigration norms. - Coordinating with clients to understand their immigration needs and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including immigration and visa applications. - Collaborating with attorneys for the legal processes and consultations involved in the migration process. - Assessing applications for migration and temporary entry to overseas countries based on migration laws and policies. - Maintaining confidentiality of all information related to the company, clients, and their business. - Managing client expectations by discussing deadlines, costs, and timing effectively. - Conducting consultations through various mediums to keep clients updated and following up regularly on immigration progress. - Working professionally, managing workload efficiently, proposing measures to improve visa procedures, and analyzing market trends for marketing strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Academic Graduates/Master Degree Holders with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the sales industry, preferably in the immigration sector. - Proficiency in spoken English with excellent communication and convincing abilities. - Strong knowledge of the immigration industry and updated on changing norms. - Understanding of global aspects such as climate, geography, politics, education, travel, and time-zones. - Fluency in English, experience in immigration procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and target-oriented mindset. Additionally, as a Migration Advisor, you are expected to work well under pressure, provide high customer service levels, think creatively, be ambitious, responsible, and committed, while maintaining patience and maturity in handling sales pressure.
