Migration Advisor

As a Migration Advisor at SIEC, your role will involve guiding clients through the process of Permanent Residency (PR) for Canada and Australia. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Counseling clients on eligibility, process, documentation, and timelines for PR applications in Canada and Australia - Providing end-to-end guidance for PR services, starting from the initial consultation to the submission of applications - Keeping yourself updated with the latest immigration rules and policies of both countries - Handling client queries professionally to build strong relationships - Tracking leads, following up regularly, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments - Meeting monthly/quarterly conversion and revenue targets - Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely support and service delivery To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - A Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline - Previous experience in immigration or overseas consulting would be advantageous - Strong knowledge of PR pathways for Canada and/or Australia - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills - Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail SIEC values growth, integrity, and client success.
