We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee operations at our serviced warehouse facility in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control, with the ability to lead day-to-day operations efficiently while aligning with long-term business goals.

·       Academics: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·       Work Experience: more than 7 years in supply chain management, purchase or product management

·       Strong Computer Skills: MS Office, especially Excel, experience with ERP system(s)

·       Common sense and good commercial understanding

·       +7 years of work experience

·       Residents of Thane preferred: warehouse is in Bhiwandi and attendance will be required frequently

·       Job hopping after every 2 to 3 years is an exclusion criterion!

·       Excellent communication skills in English

·       Meticulous, methodical, precise and efficient working style

·       Problem-solving skills: strong analytical and decision-making abilities, identifying and resolving complex supply chain issues.

·      ERP problem solving, implementation of new features in collaboration with software vendor

·      Master data maintenance in ERP, price calculations, data base updates, data analysis

·      Warehouse management (serviced warehouse)

·      Ensuring goods are stored clean and organized

·      Stock level maintenance, overseeing inventory management and logistics operations

·      Involvement in import freight, custom clearing process, certifications

·      Managing dispatches with respective logistics and documentation

·      Customer support in terms of commercial documents

·       Resident of Mumbai, ideally Thane

·       Job hopping after every 2 to 3 years is an exclusion criterion!
