Our client is a UAE-based consulting firm specializing in AML, compliance documentation, governance, and regulatory reporting across the UAE & GCC. Their clients include banks, DNFBPs, fintechs, payment firms, law practices, and corporates.

Role Overview:

The Mid-Senior Compliance Consultant will support senior managers in drafting compliance documents, reviewing junior analysts outputs, preparing structured reports, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
This is a Big 4 style documentation and consulting support role requiring strong drafting skills, structured thinking, and the ability to guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & Policy Drafting Support

• Draft SOPs, Compliance Manuals, AML Policies, Sanctions Procedures, operational guidelines
• Prepare structured documents using Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Research UAE/GCC regulations and convert insights into clear reports
  

2. Internal Reporting & Quality Control (QC)

• Review drafts prepared by juniors for clarity, formatting, consistency, and accuracy
• Maintain internal trackers, status reports, and QC logs
• Ensure documentation meets Big 4style formatting and quality standards
  

3. Team Coordination & Work Allocation

• Supervise and guide 2+ junior analysts
• Provide feedback, correct errors, and strengthen drafting quality
• Track timelines and ensure deliverables meet UAE business hours
  

4. Compliance Research & Risk Support

• Assist in preparing Risk Assessments, Gap Analysis reports, Internal Audit Notes
• Summarize regulatory updates across the UAE/GCC (training provided)
• Support seniors with client-ready presentations and documentation
  

5. Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate professionally with UAE teams via email/Zoom
• Share daily/weekly progress updates
• Maintain high confidentiality and accuracy in all submissions
  

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in Audit / Accounts / Legal / Compliance / Risk
• Strong English drafting and communication skills
• Experience managing or reviewing work of 2+ junior members
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and document structuring
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior
