Job Description

Requirement: Microsoft Technology Specialist (.NET Core, Azure, CI/CD)Technology: .NET Core, Azure, Angular, cloud-native application, CI/CD practices and DevOps automationExperience: 12+ yearsWork Location: Navi Mumbai, Sanpada

Solution Design & Backend Architecture

Lead the architecture, design, and review of backend solutions using .NET Core (C#)Define best practices for coding, componentization, modular design, and microservices where applicableCreate detailed architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and solution specificationsImplement RESTful APIs, with secure access control (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD)

Azure Cloud Application Development

Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, using services such as:Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management, Azure SQLEnable application instrumentation, diagnostics, and logging through Application Insights or equivalent toolsEnsure applications are scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure for production workloads

DevOps, CI/CD & Automation

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsIntegrate automated testing, code analysis, and deployment stages in pipelineEnable infrastructure-as-code practices using ARM templates or TerraformPromote DevSecOps practices, including secrets management and role-based deployment approvals

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor developers through design sessions, code reviews, and architecture walkthroughsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UX) for seamless deliveryStay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft and complementary open-source technologies

Desired Profile

Strong experience in .NET Core (C#), Web API, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful service designDeep hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, etc.)Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub ActionsSound understanding of cloud security, role-based access control, performance tuningGood command of SQL Server, and experience integrating with relational databasesExperience in front-end development using Angular, React, or other modern frameworksExperience with containerization (Docker) and deployment automationExperience in microservices architecture and API Gateway patterns

Good To Have

Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Event Hubs, or other message streaming platforms
Working knowledge of Redis or other in-memory data stores for performance optimization

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to lead and mentor technical teamsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving mindsetPassion for continuous learning and exploring new technologies

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer Associate
