About the Role:

Microsoft Excel Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, interactive online training sessions as per the structured weekly curriculum
  • Explain concepts related to Excel foundations, data handling, advanced analytics, Power Query, VBA, and AI-powered Excel tools
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students through practice exercises and capstone projects
  • Resolve student queries during and after sessions (if needed)
  • Evaluate project submissions and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up to date with the latest Excel and AI-integration updates (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI links, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training or using

    Microsoft Excel

    for

    Data Analytics, Automation, and Business Intelligence

  • Strong understanding of

    Power Query

    ,

    Pivot Tables

    ,

    Advanced Functions

    , and

    Dashboard Creation

  • Proficiency in

    Excel VBA

    , macros, and basic scripting
  • Familiarity with

    AI-powered Excel tools

    (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven insights)
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner to intermediate learners


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in

    Data Science

    or

    Business Analytics

  • Exposure to

    Power BI

    , or other complementary tools
  • Portfolio of past dashboards or Excel automation projects
