Job Description

A Dynamics CRM developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. They work with clients to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver functional CRM applications. Key responsibilities include customizing entities, building workflows, and developing web applications integrated with the CRM platform. Key Responsibilities of a Dynamics CRM Developer: Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including configuring, customizing, and maintaining applications. Customization: Customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting to meet specific business needs. Web Application Development: Develop modern web applications integrated with the CRM platform using technologies like ASP.NET, AngularJS, and Web API. Integration: Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms. Reporting: Customize out-of-the-box CRM reports and develop custom SSRS reports as needed. Testing: Ensure that code is testable and conduct unit testing for new functionalities. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical support. Technical Skills: Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration architecture.
