Typical Day in the Life A typical day as a Microsoft CRM Developer include the following: Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Create and manage entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Perform system administration tasks including user management, security roles, and data management and monitor system performance and implement optimizations and enhancements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues or tickets raised by the business. Collaborate with Onshore team to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects. Ensure CRM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data. Who You Are? Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred). Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Integration experience with 3rd party systems using API (Rest/Soap), SFTP Own code quality, unit testing, packaging of the code. Own code promotion, deployment, and testing of new code in various environments. Experience building Dynamics/PowerApps Prototypes, Proof of Concept, and Wireframes Experience in translating an idea/concept to an implementable solution. Experience in working on Power Pages and Azure Active Directory B2C is preferred. Nice to Have: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.
