Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

A Dynamics CRM developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver functional CRM applications. Your key responsibilities will include customizing entities, building workflows, and developing web applications integrated with the CRM platform. Your role as a Dynamics CRM Developer will involve design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes configuring, customizing, and maintaining applications. You will be responsible for customizing Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting to meet specific business needs. Additionally, you will develop modern web applications integrated with the CRM platform using technologies like ASP.NET, AngularJS, and Web API. You will also be involved in integrating CRM applications with other systems and platforms, customizing out-of-the-box CRM reports, and developing custom SSRS reports as needed. Ensuring that the code is testable and conducting unit testing for new functionalities will be part of your responsibilities. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical support. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you should be proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration architecture is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to explain technical details to both clients and teams.
