Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Azure services and the Power Platform to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions while leveraging Azure capabilities and Power Platform tools for seamless automation, integration, and deployment. Your contributions will help build robust and scalable solutions that meet business needs, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BE/MCA) or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering. 4-7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development. Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#). Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Monitor. Experience in designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems. Proficiency in C# and .NET framework. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts. Experience with source code management using Git and Azure DevOps repositories. Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Azure DevOps pipelines. Experience with user story management and task tracking using Azure DevOps Boards. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in developing Model-driven Power Apps. Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. Experience in developing PCF components is highly desirable. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, and client-side scripting. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). Utilize Azure Functions and Logic Apps to automate business processes and enhance Dynamics 365 functionality. Implement and manage source code control using Azure DevOps repositories (Git). Maintain and update user stories, tasks, and documentation within Azure DevOps Boards. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Azure Monitor. Develop and maintain data integration solutions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform integrations. Develop and customize Model-driven Power Apps to meet business requirements. Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. Build custom components using PCF to enhance the user interface and functionality of Power Apps.
