We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE & Power Platform Consultant to join ourteam. The successful candidate will provide application support, troubleshooting, andenhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the widerMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). This role involvesworking closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smoothsystem operations, timely resolution of incidents, and the ongoing optimization of CRM andPower Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service,
  

Marketing, Field Service).

• Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven
  

Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.

• Configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, Java Scripts, Web
  

Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus

• Manage and coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments,
  

ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.

• Experience with solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
  

technical specifications or Change Requests

Requirements

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a technical or
  

functional role.

• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,
  

Power BI).

• Good understanding of Dataverse and its role in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience with D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field
  

Service.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230 etc.).
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, or PowerShell scripting a plus
• Exposure to DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with customisation and configuration within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Knowledge of SQL, data migration, or reporting tools.
