1. Sampling and Analysis of Raw Material, In-Process sample, Packaging material and finished products as per approved specification / analytical protocol.
2.Assist and train to supportive and new joining staff related laboratory work.
3. Operation & Calibration of the instrument/ equipment used in analysis as per standard operating procedures.
4. Supervise and perform tests on various microbiological activities (i.e. Finish goods, Packing material, Water, environment monitoring etc.) on a regular basis
5. Manage and oversee laboratory work and Communicate with HOD for required chemical, media, glassware and instrument spare and timely maintain inventory .
6. Communicate with QA department and HOD for complete document work as per approved protocol and SOP.
7. Maintain timely worksheet and accurate record logbook of instruments as per FDA/GMP guideline
8. Prepare and standardization of Analytical solutions and regents to conduct test.
9. Develop various testing processes based on requirement of customer.
10. Maintain good laboratory practice (GLP) in lab
11. Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions
12.Preparation of SOP, STS and Product Specification and maintain all protocols
13. Investigation of deviations in the analysis .
14. Out of specification investigations for laboratory results.
15. Analytical investigation for complaints and product recalls.
16. Release or rejection of every batch of Products for distribution and sale.
17. Stability testing and evaluation of shelf-life of products
Graduate or Postgraduate with Bsc/Msc- Microbiology.
2-4 years in Pharma or FMCG industries
