Mice Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute MICE projects including domestic and international group movements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and requirements.
• Source and negotiate with hotels, venues, DMCs, airlines, and other vendors.
• Prepare costings, proposals, and event itineraries.
• Manage all travel logistics including ticketing, transfers, accommodations, and meals.
• Oversee the preparation of event materials, branding, and delegate kits.
• Handle on-site event management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in MICE operations (domestic & international).
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of GDS systems (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and on-ground event management.
