3+ years of work experience in business development within the MICE industry with a proven record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with the MICE industry, industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics
Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals for the company while maintaining client satisfaction
Critical thinking and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances while addressing complex challenges and find creative solutions to meet clients' needs
Strong verbal & written communication skills and negotiation skills
