About the Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who understands how to blend creative strategy with performance data.

You’ll be responsible for managing Meta campaigns end-to-end — from building audiences and ad creatives to analyzing performance and scaling winning strategies.

This is an opportunity to own the Meta Ads vertical at Klubenn — experimenting with ideas, testing hypotheses, and driving results that directly influence brand growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

    Facebook and Instagram

    .
  • Develop

    targeting strategies

    using custom and lookalike audiences.
  • Create ad sets, test variations, and monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools. Research trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior for better targeting.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling strategies across multiple campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with leadership.


What You Bring

  • 1–3 years

    of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and optimization workflows.
  • Experience with performance metrics — CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Creativity in testing new ideas, ad angles, and funnels.
  • Familiarity with

    Analytics Tool

    and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
  • Passion for digital advertising, experimentation, and growth marketing.
